We aim to present product titles, descriptions, images, options, inventory, and prices accurately. Product information and availability may change. If a material error occurs or Jacks Pet Center cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and explain the available resolution, subject to applicable law.

4. Orders and Accounts
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is not final until the website confirms that it has been successfully submitted and accepted.
Jacks Pet Center may decline, limit, or cancel an order when permitted by law, including when an item is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error occurred, required information is missing, or suspected fraud or misuse is identified. If payment was captured for an order we cannot fulfill, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing current and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is processed through Shopify Payments using the payment methods available at checkout. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping, taxes, and mandatory charges are disclosed before payment.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, shipped within the United States, and delivered in an estimated 5–10 business days after carrier pickup. Standard shipping is $4.90 USD. Eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $79.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customer-choice returns are subject to the customer’s return-shipping responsibility. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

8. Intellectual Property
