Where does Jack’s Pet Center ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.90. Eligible U.S. orders of $79 or more receive free standard shipping through the live Shopify checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit.
What is the return window?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please read the full Return and Refund Policy before sending an item back.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers generally pay return shipping for change-of-mind or customer-choice returns. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may qualify for a different remedy.
How quickly are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
